Lee’s background is in sales and training, but her passion is in motivating, problem solving and supporting her clients in their transition to personal and business success and wellness.
Lee obtained her real estate license in 1985 at the age of 21 and proceeded to build a successful real estate business business and then a successful real estate sales and finance training career. She created, wrote and delivered sales, motivational and finance training for new and seasoned agents as well as management training for office managers. She also assisted in the development of recruitment and retention program. “It was during that experience that I realized that my true passion and gift was in helping others to believe in themselves and succeed. I began to develop my own philosophies on what drives that success”
“In 2000, as the single parent of a 6 year-old boy, and a very busy real estate agent and trainer, my life started to unravel. I was really struggling to have control of my schedule and maintain my energy level.” After much focus on creating more balance in her life another opportunity was presented, a Directorship at a local production firm that would allow more time at home and lots of flexiblity to pursue other passions. She then became Vice President of a national women’s golf networking organization called Women on Course, and helped the founder grow the business through the implementation of a membership program and various other projects. “It was at this juncture that it truly hit home how difficult it can be for most of us to have successful careers and also nurture the relationships that are so important to us, and how with some focus on the true objectives, opportunities and possiblites are endless and will always present themselves!”
Another milestone in Lee’s evolution toward becoming a coach was the discovery that she had an allergy to gluten. “Wow! I had no idea what to do. I had to learn all over again how to shop, how to eat and how to cook for my family”. Truly feeling “well” for the first time in her life as the result of a dietary change was how Lee developed her belief that nutrition and holistic wellness are the base of the Hierarchy of Success!
Lee started coaching clients in 2007 and became a Certified Professional Coach ( International Coach Academy, 2010). She is a a member of the International Coaching Federation, currently working on her ICF ACC accreditation. She is currently enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and plans to graduate in December of 2013.
Her clients are people who are trying to get unstuck in their lives and need some non-judgemental support on their way back to purpose, wellness and joy. She is also very talented in helping Realtors, small business entrepreneurs and solo-preneurs either start the business of their dreams or take their business to the next level. ”If our working life isn’t in alignment with our values and spirit, we won’t be happy and fulfilled!”
You have a natural talent for taking an overwelming list of options and pairing it down into a managable list of action items. I can’t believe how much I’ve accomplished in the last 2 weeks (after our call) after months of inactivity due to lack of direction. It really feels great. Thank you!
